Future @I LLC द्वारा Future @I India brand के तहत in.futureati.app पर published किसी भी application ("App") का उपयोग करके, आप निम्नलिखित terms से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो App का उपयोग न करें।
1.1 Account बनाते समय आपको सच्ची, सटीक personal information देनी होगी। Fake names, fake email addresses, या किसी भी तरह की झूठी जानकारी से account तुरंत terminate हो जाएगा।
1.2 आपका account आपका personal है। आप अपने account credentials, login session, या access किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ share नहीं कर सकते। प्रति व्यक्ति एक account।
1.3 आपको इन terms से अपने real legal name से सहमति देनी होगी। Fake या fraudulent signatures आपके account और किसी भी associated services को void कर देते हैं।
2.1 आप इस App या इसकी AI features का उपयोग किसी भी illegal content, activities, या information को request, generate, या facilitate करने के लिए नहीं कर सकते। इसमें शामिल है लेकिन सीमित नहीं:
2.2 आप किसी भी safety features, content filters, या restrictions को bypass, disable, या circumvent करने का प्रयास नहीं कर सकते।
2.3 आप इस App को reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, या source code extract करने का प्रयास नहीं कर सकते।
2.4 आप जब तक explicitly authorized न हों, automated tools, bots, या scripts से App के साथ interact नहीं कर सकते।
2.5 आप इस App या इसके किसी भी content को third parties के साथ redistribute, resell, sublicense, या share नहीं कर सकते।
3.1 इस App में AI features केवल lawful, legitimate purposes के लिए provide की गई हैं। AI ऐसी requests को refuse कर देगी जो इन terms या applicable law का उल्लंघन करती हैं।
3.2 AI-generated content केवल informational purposes के लिए है और professional medical, legal, financial, या अन्य professional advice नहीं है। महत्वपूर्ण decisions के लिए हमेशा qualified professional से consult करें।
3.3 Future @I LLC safety, compliance, और quality improvement के लिए AI interactions log करने का अधिकार रखता है।
4.1 Violations को इस प्रकार handle किया जाता है:
पहली बार: In-app warning। Account में log।
दूसरी बार: In-app notification और email द्वारा written warning। Account review के लिए flag।
तीसरी बार: Future @I LLC के sole discretion पर account suspension या permanent ban।
4.2 Future @I LLC severe violations के लिए warning stages skip करके तुरंत account suspend या ban कर सकता है, जिसमें illegal activity, threats, fraud, या platform abuse शामिल हैं।
5.1 इन terms के उल्लंघन के कारण suspended या terminated accounts के लिए कोई refund नहीं।
5.2 Google Play Billing के माध्यम से purchases के लिए, refund requests applicable payment provider की refund procedures के अनुसार case-by-case evaluate किए जाते हैं।
6.1 Future @I LLC किसी भी user को किसी भी समय, किसी भी कारण से, notice के साथ या बिना notice के service refuse, suspend, या terminate करने का अधिकार रखता है।
7.1 इस App का आपका उपयोग हमारी Privacy Policy और India के Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 द्वारा भी governed है।
8.1 यह App, जिसमें सभी code, designs, AI models, content, और features शामिल हैं, Francisco Ricardo Preciado JR की exclusive property है, जो Future @I LLC के रूप में operate करते हैं।
8.2 आपको इन terms और End User License Agreement के अनुसार इस App का उपयोग करने के लिए limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license दी गई है।
9.1 App "as is" बिना किसी तरह की warranties के provide की गई है।
9.2 Future @I LLC App के आपके उपयोग से arising किसी भी indirect, incidental, special, consequential, या punitive damages के लिए liable नहीं होगा।
9.3 AI-generated content में errors हो सकती हैं। Future @I LLC AI output के आधार पर लिए गए decisions के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है।
10.1 ये terms State of California, United States of America के laws द्वारा governed हैं, सिवाय जहाँ India Consumer Protection Act या Digital Personal Data Protection Act India-resident users को mandatory protections देते हैं, उन cases में वे provisions apply होते हैं।
11.1 Future @I LLC इन terms को update करने का अधिकार रखता है। Users को notify किया जाएगा और service का उपयोग जारी रखने के लिए updated terms accept करने होंगे।
